Hadas Wallen is a certified coach and educational psychologist with a deep passion for helping adults navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence. With over a decade of experience in psychology, education, and executive function coaching, she blends evidence-based practices—including Positive Intelligence, Mindfulness, CBT, solution-focused strategies, and positive psychology—to support lasting, meaningful change.
Hadas has a master’s degree and post-master’s specialist degree in Educational Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, and an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.
After years serving students and families as a school psychologist, Hadas founded Quiet Mind to work more holistically with adults who are ready to shift patterns, build self-trust, and reconnect with their goals. Her approach is warm, strategic, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the inner resources to grow—sometimes we just need the right tools and support to get there.
Hadas lives in Southern California with her husband and three daughters, who are her greatest inspirations and best reminders to stay present, curious, and kind.
